Due to health protection or hygienic reasons our products are not suitable for returns, all sales are final.
No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving an incorrect or damaged order.
HOW TO RETURN
If your item comes damaged or is incorrect, please email us at Contact@demoisellellc.com within 48 hours of delivery with your full name, order number, and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item, and we will resolve the issue ASAP.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
Once we have received your package, your return/exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
